The wings are shaking! Is that safe?

Short answer: Yes, they are designed to bend.

Wings are built to be flexible, like a ruler. If they were stiff, they would snap. They can bend up to 20 feet in extreme testing. Seeing them wobble means they are doing their job absorbing the bumps.
